The selected candidate will be responsible for working with our partner hospital to collect samples, process them for either IHC or IF, perform image acquisition, and optimize the image acquisition and data analysis pipelineAbout the labOur laboratory specializes in high-throughput image analysis, subcellular proteomics, transcriptomics, genetic screening, bioinformatics and cell and molecular biology techniques. We are a group of about 10 people from different cultures and countries. We are part of the genome biology department at the CRG, and we aim to understand why metabolic enzymes localize to the nuclear environment and participate in specific chromatin functions
