Education and Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Master's degree.
Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
Desired: Training course for staff using experimental animals for the functions of care, euthanasia, and performing procedures (functions a, b, and c) on rodents and fish.
Experience and Knowledge:
Required: Experience in synthesis of nanoparticles and characterization (UV-vis, DLS, and TEM).
Previous experience in cell culture.
Experience in molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ELISA, FC).
Desired: Knowledge of the maternofetal field.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, self-motivation, and social skills as key personal qualities.
Ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
To participate in the project and collaborate in other projects of the research group.
Designing, performing, and interpreting the results obtained in both in vivo and in vitro experiments, including the use of animal models, data measurement, and statistical analyses.
To join the research team and collaborate and support other research members in the development of their projects.
To generate a fruitful discussion within the group.
Participation in group meetings and other activities.
Labour Conditions:
Full-time position: 40 hours/week.
Starting date: Immediate.
Gross annual salary: 24,348.77.
Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
