The overall goal of the BiSC project (https://www.Projectebisc.Org/) is to understand the effects of pre and postnatal exposure to air pollution on child brain development. Under the new funding that the BiSC project obtained through La Marató de TV3, a new follow-up at the age of 48 months of the children started in April'23. The successful candidate will be supervised by Dr. Mireia Gascon.KEY RESPONSABILITIESContact the BiSC families during the 48 months' follow-up of the BISC Cohort and organize the visit with themData entry and organizationFieldwork (visits with the families), including sample collectionSPECIFIC DUTIESContact participants to obtain information, send questionnaires, arrange a fieldwork visit.Manage/control the workflow of the samples collected (e.G. shipment to the labs, etc).Data digitization and registry.Other support tasks related to fieldwork and contact with participants.Attend the weekly BiSC team meeting.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSDegree in biomedical sciences or equivalent is required.Expertise in similar projects and duties.SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSExperience using RedCap.SKILLSResponsible, flexible and with problem-solving skillsGood organization skillsAutonomous and able to self-manage with the participantsGood communication skills with the research team and the families of the infant participants in the study.Fast-learning skills, to learn and implement infant eye-tracking experiments.Flexibility.The post holder will adhere to ISGlobal principles contained in People management policy, including Equity, diversity and health safety.
