In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globallyResponsibilitiesOur Research Team works alongside the Executive Consultants and conducts research to map the market, identification of c-level candidates. Specifically is responsible for:
- Define and participate in search strategy
- Active involvement in selection process: identification of target companies, headhunting, conducting first candidate interviews, preparing candidate reports and organization of client interviews
- Development of the network and relation management of candidates, using various resources (in-house database, LinkedIn and other online portals)
- Support and participation in client meetings
- Ad hoc project administration dutiesThe successful candidateYou have experience in (C-level) recruitment or related commercial field, further you have:
- Holder of bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Human Resources, Psychology)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders (internal & external) across levels
- Fluency in English is a must
- Commercial acumen (stays alert for commercial opportunities and market information)
