Then this could be the new challenge for you!In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company's products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal:Receive qualified leads from the marketing departmentOrganise resort viewings for the clientOccasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-faceEnsure that all legal documents are correctHand over clients to other internal departmentsRequirements:Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English or bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.Be a freelance, at least the first three months.3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing.3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate.You have a valid driving licence.You have availability to travel.You have worked with a CRM system before.You are a dynamic communicator.Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls.
