Role: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities which enables you to drive consistent delivery of monthly ARR within a specific vertical team in the mid-market.
Utilise outbound sales techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, defining and executing considered win strategies and managing the entire sales process.
Collaborate with team members in Business Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Value Management, Bid Team, and Professional Services to maximise success.
Understand NetSuite's product offerings and competitive advantage in order to develop tailored solution proposals.
Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, often at C-level, comfortable articulating value propositions, negotiating, and closing deals with urgency.
When appropriate, travel to customer sites to nurture and develop sales opportunities.
Daily activities are varied and often necessitate independent thinking and judgment.
Pay attention to detail and be vigilant in respect of CRM administration and forecasting accuracy.
Be a team player, commercially minded, and fully competent in your area of expertise, always keen to voice and listen to new ideas, learn from others, and develop your prospecting, opportunity management, and negotiation skills.
Ideally, you can demonstrate: A successful track record in new business selling.
Experience of NetSuite or other competitor ERP solutions.

BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep. Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.
Fully competent in own area of expertise.

Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
Successful sales track record.
Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.
