We are currently looking for Product Managers who want to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering real, measurable business value through our products, to both our demanding client-base and Novicap. What will you do?As said, you will join us as a Product Manager. Working with the Head of Product, Technology Team, and the wider business, you will turn customer and business needs into product development or product improvements. You will contribute to the product strategy needed to meet our business goals, own the roadmap for one or more products, and manage the development of products, features, and maintenance.
More importantly, you will take decisions based on analysis, stakeholder feedback, and overall business goals. In doing so, you will ensure alignment between Product, Tech, and other teams with respect to product vision and project implementation. You will collaborate with teams across the entire organization to contribute to our growth plans.
In the immediate future, we will look to hire one Product Manager for each Credit and SaaS business area. The challenges in the respective areas are slightly different:
In Credit: We need to support the scaling of our business by:Curating the improvement of the existing proposition to make it more relevant to our existing and target customers.Developing new products to satisfy the unmet needs of potential clients, including direct lending and enhancing our collateral capabilities.Working with Sales to showcase the benefits of our product through demonstrations, simulations, and proposals.Scaling operational processes to allow us to support an expanded client portfolio.Working with Risk and Legal to minimize and/or manage credit risk when operating our products.In SaaS: The product problem space is more greenfield:Development of the Dynamic Discounting proposition to improve customer satisfaction and support sales growth.Product discovery on solutions to working capital and supply chain finance challenges for Mid-Large Cap potential clients.Working closely with the Commercial Team to identify and evaluate product opportunities.Discovery, test, and launch of new product ideas.In your first month, you will land in the company and the team, getting to know the people and the way we work. Onboarding is important for us, so we will make sure you have everything you need to start rocking it! In three months, you will be more than used to the dynamics of the team where you will have experienced the day-to-day life of it and will have already made some cool contributions. In six months, you will be a key part of the team; an autonomous contributor who knows how to team play. Your feedback will have helped to change the quality of what we build.

The team is distributed across Barcelona, but we also have offices in Madrid. We encourage people to manage their own hours (flexibility is key) and, since we are growing this team, we expect you to spend some time in our Barcelona office with the team and the rest of Novicapers (we can tell you you'll have fun!).
Who will you be working with?You will report directly to the Head of Product and will be working closely with the Tech team and the rest Novicapers across Madrid and Barcelona. A young and dynamic team that's waiting for you with arms open!
