What is our proposal?
The Customer Acquisition Marketing team is the main responsible for driving the strategy, budget, and execution of the performance marketing strategy. You will help us scale and leverage our customer acquisition channels, with a focus on SEM, by optimizing performance against agreed KPIs by leveraging creatives, putting in place a testing methodology, etc. For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product, or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns. What will you do? Create, launch, and maintain Google campaigns (mostly search) for all Exoticca geographies.Optimize performance by monitoring bids and budgets to ensure targets are met (investment, ROI, etc.).Update reports and analyze results in order to put in place adjustments.Take ownership of quarterly objectives and create an action plan to achieve the objectives.Challenge existing processes to unlock automation opportunities (reporting, campaign creation).Identify growth areas and execute AB tests to collect data and validate assumptions.Collaborate with providers (e.g. Google, etc.) in order to maximize the full potential of each platform/media.Collaborate with graphic designers to produce outstanding creative assets.Work on cross-functional projects being close to other departments (CRM, content, customer care) in order to design and execute initiatives.Requirements: +1 year of experience in SEM (other performance marketing channels are a plus).Knowledge of Google Ads (G Ads certification is a plus).Experience working with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office, mostly Excel.Good at analyzing data, discovering useful information to make informed decisions.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tech, and measurement.Must be proactive, analytical, team player, fast learner, and results-driven.Fluent in English and Spanish.Experience in travel is a plus (but not essential).Benefits: Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model: you can work from home and the office at your convenience.
