Our client, an educational multinational company, is looking for a Content & Communication Marketing Manager to maximize the attraction, conversion, and retention in their schools by designing and setting the overall content & communication strategy.
The goal is to create "shareable & valuable" content that will contribute to the schools' brand positioning by identifying high-quality and engaging content, leading and managing the creation and production of omni-channel marketing content through the right communications platforms.
This position will be key in ensuring that effective operational plans are in place to provide assurance of the delivery of objectives to the Head of Marketing and the Leadership Team.
Functions:Definition of the brand content strategy: Oversee, gather, and evaluate relevant competitors' content and information through the overall communication channels to review our brand positioning and identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze web traffic & conversion, social media metrics, as well as customer feedback (VoP, joiners and non-joiners' surveys) to set new goals for growth.
Build and track benchmarks to measure success and ROI.
Undertake content marketing initiatives by identifying educational and socially engaging content to drive traffic, leads, and higher engagement, all to deliver sales and retention.Implementation of the brand content strategy: Build and manage an enriched communications segmented content calendar that attracts our qualified key audiences to our owned channels, focusing on attraction (creative campaigns, website optimization plan / SEM / annual social & media plan / P.R.
annual plan), conversion (sales collaterals), and retention (enriched editorial workflow annual calendar and parents feedback response protocol).
Define and manage the process, timings, and outputs of the operational communications team planning framework, ensuring the delivery of the objectives.
Manage and optimize our regular quality control automation, the lead nurturing processes, and customer satisfaction.
Re-plan through a KPI model to analyze and control the effectiveness (leads / conversion / retention and brand awareness impact).Brand value responsibility: Work collaboratively with the communications team in the development and evolution of the schools' brand value (lead and coordinate the implementation of the corporate/schools communications calendar and the Spain overall communications initiatives).
Work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager (Commercial/Business) to boost the overall products portfolio and to enrich the overall marketing analysis through the communications outputs, SEO & SEM results, and parents' feedback.Profile:University Degree; postgraduate studies in Marketing/Communications.
Results-driven senior profile with at least 5-10 years of meaningful experience in creating content and growing the audience.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Capable of demonstrating substantial experience with designing and implementing a marketing content strategic plan that drives interest, conversion, and retention.
High digital and social knowledge coupled with a deep understanding of SEO and SEM.
Long experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and top media channels.
A team player able to generate high impact through strategic and tactical programs that establish branding and market dominance.
