By building deep partnerships with our clients and offering creative solutions, we are at the forefront of protecting and growing Visa's brand and market share. For this strategic role, we are looking for an experienced Account Director to manage strategic clients in Spain to make sure we maximize both short-term and long-term impact on the business of our clients and Visa. You will bring along a strategic understanding of the payments market, curiosity to learn constantly, and be part of hands-on delivery. If you have natural drive and tenacity to succeed and make a difference every day, we are waiting to hear from you!What we expect of you, day to day:Drive the commercial agenda, define the client strategy and plans to deliver growth and increase the value from the partnership, identifying and articulating needs and threats for the customer and areas of opportunity for Visa to solve.Develop collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external partners, and work with them to identify new opportunities that would help grow both our client and Visa businesses.Develop new relevant opportunities through comprehensive analysis from client data and deep understanding of client needs.Build and develop a strong relationship with our Client ensuring they are provided appropriate support and excellent service from Visa.Establish a fluid, solid personal and professional engagement with key senior stakeholders adapting flexibly to very different contexts of conducting business and relationships.Establish strong internal partnerships with functions across Visa to ensure the right parts of the business are appropriately involved and informed about client needs fostering a collaborative environment working together as "One Visa".Stay at the front of a dynamic industry and use your knowledge to help our clients adapt and stay ahead too.Everyone is a leader at Visa
