Buscamos una persona con un gran recorrido como Digital Marketing Manager para uno de nuestros clientes del sector Retail- Gran consumo.Requirements 15-16 years of experience and a broad range of marketing skills (digital marketing, product marketing, trade marketing).Have a "Challenger" mindset (challenging the status quo).Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media planning and trade marketing. Knowledge of existing and emerging digital trends.Business & results-oriented and creative.Strategic thinker, analytical and structured.Can do attitude: good communicator and motivator.Team player.Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be a plus.Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Office based in Barcelona.Able to travel (national and internationally).Main Responsibilities Develop the Marketing and Trade Marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal (consumer and professional).Understand the needs of customers at every stage of the customer journey. Identify and address customer pain points to develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.Finding and exploiting new growth opportunities, test and iterate on different marketing strategies to find what works best.Use innovative, data-driven, and often unconventional strategies to grow sustainably.Responsible for the planning and implementation of local ATL/BTL communication to increase market penetration, brand awareness and consumer lifetime value.Supervise all product lines and new launches.Participate in the definition and implementation of the company's commercial strategy in the different distribution channels (key accounts, traditional trade, eCommerce).Ensure strong omnichannel visibility and maximize buying opportunities through point-of-sale activations. Channels: FMCG (Hyper & Super), DIY, Electro, Amazon, El Corte Inglés, eShop.Lead a cross-functional team of marketers and prioritize growth opportunities, omnichannel campaigns to optimize user flow, conversions rates and monitor and report results of the different marketing areas.Design the marketing budget management and lead the optimization of investments.Management, motivation, and development of team spirit.Benefits Contrato directamente con el Cliente FinalSeguro médico + tickets restaurant + coche + salario competitivo#J-18808-Ljbffr
