.Location: Europe (6 hours of overlap with EST)Our client, a fast-growing jewelry brand with a focus on high-quality, authentic gemstone jewelry and accessories, is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join the remote team.As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee all paid digital channels, including Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google Ads, managing an ads budget between $10K-100K per month.Taking ownership of paid acquisition performance and strategic initiatives across existing and potential channels, you will drive forward-thinking ideas to sustain robust growth.Your responsibilities will encompass spearheading a customer-first strategy, executing paid acquisition initiatives, and expanding our reach.The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of performance marketing, customer journey mapping, brand execution, messaging, and conversion optimization strategies throughout the sales funnel.We seek a data-driven leader comfortable with multitasking across various channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage acquisition campaigns from conception to activation, measurement, and optimization for optimal delivery and execution.Lead digital acquisition program management, including paid campaigns, channel optimization, testing strategies, and critical timelines.Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, formats, and audiences to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Drive channel acquisition growth by analyzing the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new opportunities.Utilize Google Analytics and Triple Whale to track, measure, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.Design performance reports and dashboards to influence strategy, demand planning, and campaign optimization.Collaborate with the creative team to inform campaign performance and develop customer-centric creative strategies.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of related acquisition marketing experience, with a deep understanding of direct response marketing in DTC brands, ideally in the fashion market.Profound knowledge of Paid Social platform algorithms, audience segments, bidding strategies, dynamic retargeting, etc.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.Strong track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for DTC products.Ability to analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans, programs, and recommendations.Extensive experience with A/B testing, sophisticated measurement techniques, and attribution models.Innovative experience integrating hyper-efficient acquisition campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies.Enthusiasm for shaping positive team culture, organizational processes, and career development
