We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will assist with the procurement process, including contract management, and ensuring the cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Additionally, they will be responsible for verifying that the suppliers meet the specifications and standards required by Honest Greens and that the delivered goods and services comply with the agreements.

In this role you will be: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers Prepare RFQ, RFPs, negotiate purchasing terms and conditions Audit of technical specs and certifications and ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations Monitor and enforce contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and pricing agreements Conduct supplier performance (KPI) and competitiveness analysis Develop and maintain supplier relationships Implement the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, pricing, and best practices to identify risks as well as cost-saving opportunities What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in related fields Minimum 3 years experience in procurement in the food sector Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of food-related regulations and certifications Strong analytical profile with high attention to details Can-do attitude, proactivity, and good organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Advanced knowledge of MS Office Experience with ERP programs will be a plus Fluent in Spanish Advanced English & French is a must Experience with the French market is a plus Only candidates residing in Barcelona #J-18808-Ljbffr
