Purchasing Analyst

From Temporing Barcelona, we are looking for a Purchasing Analyst/Partner with a high level of English for an important software company located in Barcelona.Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, employees, and departments.Regularly monitor supplier performance metrics and gather customer (employee) feedback and requirements during this performance review process.Prepare reports on suppliers or implement new procurement changes.Manage commodities on a geographic or global basis and evaluate new products, negotiate pricing information with vendors.Support end users of the purchasing software system and work with vendors to update or develop catalogs in the system.Work with suppliers to negotiate geographical and global agreements to maximize the company's purchasing power.Review employee orders in the purchasing software system.Requirements:Proficient in spoken and written English.One year of experience in corporate procurement and internal or external customer service.Prefer some experience with Ariba or other purchasing systems and SAP.Flexible: you can work in different global time zones for meetings and calls.We offer:You will have the opportunity to join a company that is in a growing phase and is continuously looking for new candidates.Temporary contract for 6 months per project, may be extended for an additional 6 months.Working shift from 9 to 18h, from Monday to Friday.Hybrid position.Gross annual salary: 28,500€.
