?Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing agile projects using Scrum.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development or digital product projects.Certifications: Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Other agile certifications (PMI-ACP, PSM, etc.)
are a plus.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the Scrum methodology and other agile frameworks.
Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Agile Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects using the Scrum methodology, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
Facilitate Scrum adoption within teams, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to the agile framework
