We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead international technology projects in the port sector. The selected person will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects within the established deadlines, ensuring the technical quality of the final product.

Responsibilities: Planning and execution of ICT projects within the deadlines agreed with the client.Monitoring and risk management of the project, maintaining fluid communication with the client.Compliance with defined project management and quality standards.Management of project costs, deliveries and invoicing.Main Functions: Overall Project Management:Launch of the project (Kick Off).Definition of the project scope.Development of the project plan, including tasks, schedule, deliverables, invoicing, risk management and communication.Scope and Planning:Planning and supervision of technical tasks to meet delivery deadlines.Transformation of customer requirements into technical specifications.Overseeing the correct management of resources allocated to the project.Risk Management:Identification and management of risks, implementing contingency plans and resolving technical problems.Ensuring the quality of the software delivered.Customer Relationship:Negotiation and continuous communication with the client on the evolution of the project and possible deviations.Monitoring and Control:Elaboration and detailed follow-up of milestones and deadlines of the project.Supervision of the delivery plan and adequate risk management.Reporting and Presentations:Periodic reporting on project progress to the client.Cost Management:Ensuring compliance with project deadlines and budget.Internal Communication:Establish fluid communication between the different team members for the proper management of the project.Fluency in English and French.
