What You Will Do Ensure that our office environment and experiences consistently reflect the ethos of our game and the expectations of our team. This involves creative thinking and meticulous planning to integrate the game's themes into our daily work environment. Take the lead in organizing and understanding every team offsite held in the office. Your responsibility will be to offer a seamless and outstanding experience, managing all aspects from logistics to content, ensuring each event is engaging and well-executed. Drive the planning and execution of our annual team offsite. This is a unique opportunity to create a memorable experience for the team. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and implementing every detail of this event, from location scouting to activities planning, ensuring it aligns with our team's culture and objectives. Establish clear processes for event organization and ensure that all relevant team artifacts and documents related to events are regularly updated and accessible to all team members. Develop and implement a strategy for team SWAG (merchandise and branded items). You will work on sourcing, designing, and distributing SWAG that resonates with the team's culture and game themes. This includes ensuring that SWAG is an integral part of events and team-building activities, enhancing the overall team experience.
