Programmatic Specialist (AdOps), Full Time, ESOP
AudioStack is looking for a Programmatic Specialist (AdOps) based in Barcelona, who wants to apply their skills and experience to take their career to the next level and help AudioStack scale to the next level.
As a Programmatic Specialist at AudioStack, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' audio and video campaigns, working with our media vendor adops teams directly, as well as with DSP teams to set up and manage the success of the campaign activation end to end.
You will work closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, monitored, and optimized for performance.
This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, data-driven media solutions to our clients and ensuring they achieve their campaign objectives.

What you will be doing?Lead troubleshooting of technical issues across all campaigns to ensure campaign success - direct and programmatically set up campaigns.Become an expert in our product, be the go-to person for any campaign queries both internally and externally.Day-to-day management, optimization, reporting and quality assurance of all active client audio and video campaigns, to ensure delivery.Write queries for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.Pro-active responsibility for all new and existing campaigns for correct configuration, operation, suggesting improvements and sharing best practices.Work with our partners' ad ops teams directly and programmatically - DSPs, Audio and Video Media Vendors, Analytics, Measurement and Data Providers.Own the integration and onboarding process of any new partners (e.g., DSPs, 3rd party data, measurements and analytics, partner's adserver).Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Work closely with clients and partners to test campaigns and ensure they're functioning as expected.Work with the global Ad Sales team in a support role to ensure campaign success.Write and improve best practices documentation when necessary.Keep up to date with industry and technical developments in the Advertising space.Manage the support process for our customers so that there is always help on hand.Work to understand the data we gather and how we can aggregate and share through analytics and dashboards to increase overall understanding of our product.Requirements2-4 years of experience in a Programmatic Specialist/Ad Operations role, either at a DSP, Publisher or an Ad Tech environment (TTD, Google, Xandr, Triton, Adswizz etc).Confident in your knowledge of programmatic advertising, in audio and video, and how all the pieces fit together.You understand the intricacies of the wider ad-tech ecosystem (VAST, VPAID, DSPs, DMPs, programmatic in general) and understand how all the pieces fit together.Confident in your knowledge of ad serving technologies (e.g., VAST) and the ad-tech ecosystem in general.You are able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the industry, competitor products, third-party technology, data vendors and market trends.Be the most nosy and inquisitive person, wanting to understand how everything works and how you can make it better.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.You have experience in analyzing issues, distilling and communicating this effectively to all necessary parties.Programming experience in any language is a plus.BenefitsThe opportunity to work in a leading voice & audio AI company, with an exceptional tech team with diverse and highly recognized backgrounds.Be part of a great story: we are making audio scalable for the first time in history.Great Learning & Development opportunities, such as our biweekly journal club - state-of-the-art papers or Friday wins, a proactive meeting to celebrate shipping of new software each week.Hybrid working and Flexible working hours.Stock Options (subject to performance and time served).The opportunity to shape a startup culture in a company in the fast-growing audio/video space.A truly international and diverse team.Offices in the hottest startup hubs London, Barcelona and New York.Dog friendly offices (come and meet Swanson and Bernie)!Why is now a really exciting time to join AudioStackAudioStack is the leading Audio-As-A-Service company with a very strong technology stack and AI R&D team, featured in some of the leading media.
