Job Mission: Define objectives, plan, and manage the company's production, warehouse, and maintenance activities by designing short, medium, and long-term plans to ensure efficient production following established standards in both processes and products, using available human and material resources, and adhering to continuous improvement guidelines
Responsibilities:
Supervise and control the execution of the production and maintenance plan according to needs. Analyze forecast compliance and take reactive actions in collaboration with the supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing strategies to increase production efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate and monitor different production areas to meet delivery deadlines and maintain stipulated quality. Support and monitor the management issues of each area. Define, control, and improve production tracking indicators. Coordinate the management of documentation for annual audits. Manage and coordinate the production, warehouse, and maintenance department team. Lead departmental follow-up meetings and participate in the monthly management committee meeting. Collaborate in complying with the Safety Management System procedures and ensure their implementation in the staff under your charge. Inform the Safety Manager of training needs and detected improvements. Collaborate in the follow-up of corrective actions, accident and incident investigations, and the execution of audits and reviews of serious accidents Requirements:Education:
Industrial Engineering or similar, user-level computer skills, and advanced ERP knowledge. Intermediate/high English level (B2) is valuable. Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions.Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Competencies: Adaptability to change, integrity, accessibility, commitment, results orientation, proactivity and initiative, decision-making, and continuous improvement orientation. Availability to travel Additional Training: Specific occupational risk prevention training for the posiion. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards.
