Position description We are looking for a Product Specialist for software applications in musculoskeletal imaging to join the musculoskeletal unit in 3D-Shaper Medical. You will oversee installations and maintenance of software applications in clinical centers and provide training and support to the users. You will interact with the software development, R&D, regulatory, clinical and business development teams of 3D-Shaper Medical. The candidate will be involved in pre-sales, training and customer success. The role will be a hybrid mix of remote/office, with occasional travels to congresses and events. Main responsibilities Provide end-user clinical support (mostly remotely), perform end-user training and software demonstrations. Provide feedback and report issues to the product team of 3D-Shaper Medical, propose solutions to improve the usability of the software. Perform user testing of new software versions. Interact with clinicians of clinical centers at all stages of pre and post installation and work closely with them to maximize clinical utilization and experience. Collaborate in the creation of training material for users to have an easier introduction to the software. Actively participate in the documentation procedures for the software to be commercialized (clinical part of the regulatory systems, user manual, etc.). Position Requirements Required: Degree: Biomedical Engineering Bachelor or Master degree , imaging technician or similar. Communication skills, organization and planning, responsibility, teamwork and ability to work and learn independently. Ability to work and interact with people in multidisciplinary environments (clinicians, researchers, engineers, IT departments). Languages: English and Spanish proficiency Preferred: Experience in training in the use of software in medical environments. Experience in the use and deployment (installation and/or maintenance) of medical imaging applications or any software application in Windows Experience in the use and application of imaging modalities within the hospital or healthcare environment. Is a plus: Experience in the field of osteoporosis and/or bone densitometry Experience in software development Experience in PACS server and/or DICOM standard Multi-Language: French, German, Italian, or Catalan.
