OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTIONDrive sales in order to achieve and exceed budget

- Develop launch plan for new Visian Family across the region (Main focus Toric ICL)
- Train new surgeons in the region
- Key account program
- Drive ICL / TICL according to set targets

Sales and promotion in territory
- Customer structure and strategy

Support customer service
- calculations and complaints

Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business customers
- proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process outcomes and market results

Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirement
- marketing activities
- practice development in territory

Process improvement
- Provide ongoing input and support back office to become efficient and effectiveREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSEducation:
Certified optician desired.

Special Knowledge:
Knowledge of medical devices in general.
English skills

Professional Experience:
Experience in a similar position in Ophthalmology.
