OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION Drive sales in order to achieve and exceed budget TASKS Achieve set sales target for the region - Develop launch plan for new Visian Family across the region (Main focus Toric ICL) - Train new surgeons in the region - Key account program - Drive ICL / TICL according to set targets Sales and promotion in territory - Customer structure and strategy Support customer service - calculations and complaints Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business customers - proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process outcomes and market results Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirement - marketing activities - practice development in territory Process improvement - Provide ongoing input and support back office to become efficient and effective REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Education: Certified optician desired. Special Knowledge: Knowledge of medical devices in general. English skills Personality: Open minded and flexible. Strong team player. Creative and independent way of working.
