As the Senior Product Owner at Aristocrat Gaming, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions with the ERP ecosystem, (Currently SAGE).Your work will directly impact our business processes, customer experiences, and drive digital transformation.This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the ERP system that supports our core organizational functions and manufacturing processes.You will also be responsible for helping users maximize the system functionality, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing the configuration and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, utilizing SQL skills for data analysis, and managing system enhancements.You will have a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and processes, and expertise in SQL and Microsoft Power Apps.Please note this is a hybrid role where you will be required to work 2/3 days a week out of our office in MontcadaWhat You'll DoSystem Administration and Support: Manage the environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.Provide technical support to resolve user issues as they occur.Train users to ensure efficient and effective use of the ERP system.Process Optimization: Work closely with operational teams to understand process requirements and challenges.Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support business growth.Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system.Implement data controls, validation rules, and routine audits to maintain data quality.Utilize SQL for advanced data management and analysis tasks.Customization and Integration: Customize and configure the system to meet specific operational needs.Integrate with other business systems and applications to enhance functionality and data flow.Use SQL and Microsoft Power Apps for custom reporting and data visualization needs.Project Management: Lead and manage projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards within, utilizing Power BI and SQL to provide insights and analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.7-8 years experience as a manager of Sage ERP systems, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.Expertise in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, and accounting processes.Excellent project management and leadership skills.Solid knowledge of ERP best practices, customization, and configuration.Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
