What you can expect hereAnalyze user and stakeholder needs, current market trends in learning, and have your finger on the pulse of developments in the corporate Learning & Development space.Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans to develop and maintain a vision for Learnship's content authoring products and deliver consistently on that vision.Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes across cross-functional teams, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction, final product development by engineering teams, and product documentation.Deliver value to the company by delivering products that are sticky and that our users love, particularly learners, trainers, and authors.Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, product, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization. What we are looking forRelevant bachelor's degree or previous experience in a dynamic product management / project management role.Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.Highly effective cross-functional team management.Previous experience delivering projects across complex operational structures and with various tools.Fluent English required, with exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.Experience with content authoring tools for e-learning and content management systems for e-learning.Experience working with international, multi-cultural, multi-lingual teams.
