Our values The Role We are looking for a senior product person with leadership skills and design knowledge to lead the realization of our vision for Factorial as a Platform, enabling developers to build products on top of factorial building blocks. The role requires a self-starter attitude, dealing with uncertainty, and combining a strategic product mindset with a focus on execution. Knowledge of B2B software, design systems, and abstractions will be a plus. What will I be doing? As a Product Lead at Factorial, you own the product roadmap and the product execution. Product Makers on the team will report to you, and you will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers. We currently have 4 teams that are part of the Platform team:
Platform resources (our building blocks)Design systemIntegrationsIdentityAs customers and developers start seeing value in what you deliver, you will be building your own team to further develop the Platform. You'll be part of a larger product team, working closely with our clients and developers to understand the world of HR and spot opportunities to improve their workflows. Additionally, we are part of the Itnig ecosystem, which means you'll be interacting with all kinds of entrepreneurs and startups, and participating in joint conferences, office parties, and more. Itnig is a venture builder with other rapidly-growing startups such as Camaloon and Quipu. It is an excellent place to learn from other talented professionals, have interesting discussions and knowledge exchanges, and debate different solutions to problems shared among all the startups.
Requirements We are looking for a Product Maker with experience and a good understanding of product-level decision-making. You should be used to defining product strategy, working with metrics, gathering and refining customer insights, and prioritizing initiatives that impact the business and bring value to our customers.
