Seller lives to maximise economic opportunity for individuals, micro-businesses and professional users and needs a passionate Product leader to reach its full potential.**What You Will Do**- Spearhead the identification and pursuit of product opportunities enhancing the seller experience to drive company growth and market differentiation.- Recruit, nurture, and empower a dynamic team of product professionals across various disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Define outcome-driven product goals and visionary roadmaps, leveraging experimentation and rapid iteration to validate, prototype, and refine new concepts, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.- Drive cross-functional execution and collaboration, orchestrating seamless partnerships across functions to swiftly add value to our users and iterate towards optimal market fit.- Lead the charge in prioritizing customer-centricity, fostering a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors within your teams, and translating these insights into actionable strategies that elevate user experience, foster product adoption, and cultivate community loyalty.- Advocate for the seller and generate alignment across stakeholders, effectively communicating the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition to inspire confidence and support for the initiatives you'll be leading.**What We're Looking For**- Extensive experience leading high-performing product teams in an agile set up, driving strategic development and growth.- Demonstrated success in crafting product strategies for large-scale platforms in complex, cross-functional environments.- Proficient in leveraging advanced technologies like generative AI and machine learning to foster innovation and drive business impact.- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to nurture talent and enable teams to excel and grow.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive value-driven outcomes through both quantitative and qualitative insights, while leading strategic initiatives and influencing organizational direction.Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based. We work in a mostly remote capacity offering great flexibility to our employees, but we believe in the power of getting together regularly in our office.
