Procurement Manager

SUANFARMA is looking for a Global Procurement Manager with the following responsibilities:1.- Global management of purchases agreed with suppliers and manufacturers regarding the different SF companies.2.- Negotiation of contractual and commercial terms with the different SF suppliers in the Opportunity phase (buy-sell transaction), based on the demand of the sales force and associated forecast.3.- Definition of the company's General Conditions of Purchase, as well as ensuring their correct compliance.4.- RFQ's (request for quotation) and issuance of the company's purchase orders to the different suppliers.5- Coordination with the rest of the Supply Chain areas: Operations, Logistics and Warehousing.6.- During Pre-Project and Project phases, coordinate with the commercial management their needs, through the sourcing managers, preparing comparisons of potential sources and ensuring the necessary documentation for this purpose.7.- Reduce overall purchasing costs for the company.8.- Establish the company's purchasing policy, annual procurement plan and framework agreements with strategic suppliers and manufacturers.9 – Management of the supplier master in the system: Registration, updating, approval and validation.10 – Incident management with suppliers, compliance and sustainability.Requirements:Technical bachelor's degree and master's degree (Procurement, MBA, Supply Chain, Logistics…)Sourcing and Procurement techniques in pharma sector, at least 7 years of proven working experience, as head of procurement or similar.International supplier management in negotiations and analysis of the market.International staff management.Effective negotiation skills result-oriented. Financial/commercial terms, Incoterms, costs, etc…Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.Supplier management software: Proficiency in using software tools like Business Central, SAP, Sales Force, etc…Languages:Spanish native.High level of English (C1).Valuable Chinese.Skills:Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Strategic sourcing skills.Risk and Financial SkillsRelationship, communication and Leadership skills.Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio Global Procurement Regional Laboratory Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
