Scope of Position Implement the company's vendor management guidelines in EMEA, LATAM, and US by securing strategic suppliers and getting suitable products and services in competitive and reliable conditions, in terms of quality, and total cost of ownership.
Key Responsibilities Global Contracts NegotiationManaging the efficient negotiations and review of global/framework agreementsBeing responsible for the contracts drafting processEngagement with functional owners, legal department, and Vendors, including organization and participation in bilateral knowledge sharing sessionsMaintaining agreements database, tracking contracts' expiry dates and assuring the extensions are signed in a due timeEnsuring Vendors' compliance to agreements, terms and conditions, Euronet policies, and standardsManaging Relationship with VendorsManaging day to day cooperation with VendorsFacilitating review meetings with Vendors and functional owners, identifying the areas of improvement and follow up of resolution of escalated Vendor-related issuesLiasing with operations in order to establish and review SLA and KPI parametersTendering processPrepare and coordinate RFP processManage Purchase to Pay cycle via RFQ / RFI / RFP by organizing various tendersDeliver the costs reduction and its optimizationProcess and ProceduresFollow respective purchasing policies and procedures in conjunction with Vendor Management Director and in order to guarantee compliance with internal regulationsSupport Vendor Management Director in suppliers management according to the company's purchasing and quality standardsSupport Vendor Management Director in decision making process, reporting, summaries, overviewsGeneral Requirements Experience in vendor management within a multinational organization, including proven experience in contracts negotiation and its drafting process (as a MUST!), vendor performance management, preparation and evaluation of RFPsPrior experience within the financial services industry, familiarity of CIT, FLM, SLM market will be considered as a strong assetKnowledge of Finance and Legal issuesFluency in Spanish and English (both, written and oral)IT literateUniversity degree in Business Administration or FinanceCompetencies Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsResults-oriented personality with ability to work under time pressureAbility to work in a high activity/fast-paced environment while managing associated stressAbility to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to anotherAbility to prepare and effectively lead negotiation sessionsProven experience in cost savings programsGuided by a set of core values and beliefs to act with integrity and honestyAbility to work independently, with great attention to detailsExcellent team working skills, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external business partnersPro-active thinking and initiative
