FUNCTIONSOur client is a global leader in innovative packaging solutions. You will join a dynamic team within a truly international working environment collaborating with plants in Spain, France, and Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:Focus on cutting procurement expenses to invest in growth and people.Improve Procurement Category through local strategy definition, regional and local synergies, category knowledge development, process optimization, and TCO optimization.Reporting to Procurement Manager France & Iberia.Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and execute category strategy.Lead Procurement strategies for the suppliers' panel.Develop category strategy, risk management, and reverse engineering.Install KPIs to monitor strategy implementation.Support business development activities and cross-sectional projects.Set up purchasing standards.Initiate and lead regional sourcing processes.Craft negotiation strategies and close deals.Develop, negotiate, and manage Procurement contracts and agreements.Give support to plant project teams and stakeholders.Manage and solve suppliers-plant problems.Establish and update an approved supplier panel.Create and centralize a database for procurement category.Requisites:University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain.Minimum 3 years in a similar position in the industrial sector.Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.Proficient in Office.Willingness to travel in France, Spain, and Portugal (30-40%).Excellent soft skills, business intelligence, and work ethics.Ability to work with self-responsibility and influential capabilities.Hands-on doer with an entrepreneurial spirit.Open-minded, autonomous, and structured.Negotiation skills, results orientation, problem-solving skills, project management, and interpersonal skills.Outstanding communication, initiative, and creativity.
