The Sr Pricing Program Manager will be responsible for defining, building, and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in Brazil, ensuring that we earn long-term customer trust by offering the best prices across millions of products. The Sr Pricing PM will also manage all pricing operations for the country, implementing scalable solutions and reporting metrics to business teams and Brazilian leadership.Key Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to:Work with business teams to ensure that our pricing strategy aligns with their goals.Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy, and generate insights for business teams, guiding categories to offer competitive prices.Collaborate with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance.Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive.Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics.Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams.Understand Brazil-specific requirements and educate worldwide teams on those.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.Relevant years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.Experience in program or project management.Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
