Public Relations:Foster relationships with the main influencers, celebrities, and stylists to achieve our results.Track and maintain influencer/celebrities/stylist's database to have updated.Take responsibility for special PR projects such as VIP weddings.Think out of the box for influencer campaigns for new launches.Explore new PR opportunities for the Brands of the Pronovias Group portfolio (red carpets, events, partnerships, etc.
).Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis, and optimize based on results.Press:Maintain and ensure constant communication with the main media contacts.Negotiate visibility, interviews, editorials, and press activations for all the Pronovias Group brands portfolio.Support all new collection launches with innovative press strategies, press review, and prepare detailed media activity reports.Assist with the copywriting and editing of press releases, communications copies, translations, and press kit preparation and dispatch.Track and maintain press database to ensure it is up to date and optimized.Support the corporate communication strategy with activations in the key markets.Showroom:Showroom coordination with all the Brand Communications team.Manage sample requests, trafficking, and send outs across all media shoots and influencer/celebrities/stylist loans.Be proactive in proposing our new collections to different KOLs for top moments.Others:Keep abreast of trends and key competitors in all markets to identify opportunities for improvement.Draft internal and external presentations.Support events coordination, fittings, and special projects.Explore new opportunities for the Brand through competitors/brand analysis.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing related fields.Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Italian (desirable), verbal and written.2-3 years of experience in PR/PRESS departments or communications agencies, preferably in international environments.Experience working with press, influencers, and stylists, with good knowledge of the fashion KOL.Good knowledge of influencer marketing and press clipping tools.A highly organized, meticulous, diligent person with attention to detail.
