Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Market Research and Property Analysis:
Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, including property values, neighborhoods, and new developments.
Conduct property showings, follow-up, and market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Prepare and present comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to clients.
Sales and Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and purchase agreements on behalf of clients.
Assist clients with the preparation of basic documentation.
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and print media, to reach potential buyers and sellers.
Create compelling property descriptions and offer to owners professional-quality photographs for listings.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all viewings, client interactions, and property details.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in sales.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in South Tenerife.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
