Post-Doctoral Fellow - Genome Organization: The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a highly motivated and independent Post-Doctoral Fellow to join the Reprogramming & Regeneration laboratory led by Dr. Pia Cosma. The successful candidate will be involved in elucidating the role of nuclear architecture and chromatin looping in regulating cellular function in somatic and stem cells, utilizing advanced super-resolution microscopy imaging and quantitative approaches.

Minimum Qualifications: PhD in biology, biotechnology, biophysics, or related disciplines
Several years of experience in microscopy, imaging analysis, cellular, and molecular biology
Proven experience in projects addressing key biological questions
Curiosity-driven and high level of independence
Fluency in English
Advanced MS Office skills and competence in imaging analysis software
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in super-resolution imaging
Knowledge of optics
Basic knowledge of computational biology
Job Description: The selected candidate will work within a multidisciplinary environment at the CRG, contributing to research that focuses on resolving genome structure and understanding the dynamics of architectural and transcriptional machinery proteins in somatic and stem cells using super-resolution microscopy imaging and quantitative approaches. The research will aim to elucidate the functional role of 3D genome organization using single-molecule localization microscopy, genomic and modeling approaches.
