We are looking for someone to join the UK Client Relations Team! You will be the first point of contact for our doctors for all membership and service-related queries. You manage our clients through their membership with Top Doctors, introducing them to the platform, training them in our different services and providing them with the best quality of assistance. It is an excellent opportunity where you will learn a lot and grow with our company, with the opportunity to gain experience in client management.OverviewAccompanying and onboarding all new doctors.Ensuring that doctor profiles are completed to the client's liking, within the scope of our style and format.Encouraging doctors to collaborate with the Content Team to create articles and videos for publishing to their TopDoctors profile.Giving training on the technological tools and services that we offer to members, and making sure that doctors use them correctly.Keeping doctors informed about their results and helping them to improve them by using the tools and services available, including collaborating on content with the Content Team.Managing complaints and general queries from doctors.Desired qualitiesAssertive - being able to be assertive with our clients, while also being empathetic to their queries and creating a professional rapport with them is key to this role.Have commercial experience from previous roles, with evidence of having worked in a service-providing role or similar.Methodical and organised - we have hundreds of clients, new and old, that require a guaranteed level of care and attention.Good telephone manner - a lot of communication happens over the phone or Zoom/Teams.Desired qualificationsEducated to degree level, or have equivalent years of experience in a relevant field.Fluent or Native English speaker. Spanish not required, but a plus.What we offerFull-time position (permanent contract): 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Option to leave early on Fridays.23 days holiday per year.Competitive salary (with additional incentives).SalaryFrom 18,340.00€ per yearWork LocationIn person
