Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Development Partner (or Employee Experience Partner) to oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle experience while driving learning and development initiatives.
This role will focus on onboarding, integration, training, and offboarding, ensuring employees and managers are supported throughout their journey at Swapcard.
The ideal candidate will also contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and activities, including engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management
Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs and sessions.
Manage onboarding-related documentation.
Oversee probation period check-ins and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Lead offboarding programs, conduct exit interviews, and report on key trends.
Support the People Operations Manager with onboarding and offboarding administration.Learning & Development
Manage our Learning Management System (360Learning) and other tools for creating learning content.
Own learnings trainings analytics, including KPIs, reporting, and survey analysis.
Develop and implement manager training programs.
Manage employees learning requests and internal training initiatives.
Contribute to performance management initiatives, including review cycles, level framework enhancements, and coordinating performance improvement plans.
Support recognition and reward programs to foster a culture of appreciation.Employee Engagement & Retention
Provide People guidance to managers on employee development and well-being.
Address employee benefits inquiries and ensure clear communication.
