People & Culture Coordinator

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, set to open in Spring 2025.
As the People & Culture Coordinator , you will be responsible for the daily People & Culture operations and functions.
Furthermore, you will assist in all administrative and clerical duties.
The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for the following: To ensure the smooth operations of daily people & culture functions.
Requires high level interaction with all personnel members.
To maintain accurate and complete record of personnel movements and compensation & benefits administration.
To ensure security and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel.
To support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts as required.
To assist in organizing colleague engagement activities.
To support the Learning & Development Manager in training administration.
To perform any additional duties as assigned by the Manager/Director of People & Culture.
As People & Culture Coordinator, we expect from you: At least one year experience in People & Culture preferably in luxury hospitality industry.
Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility.
Attention to details, self-driven, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills both written and spoken, in Spanish, Catalan and English, with strong presentation skills.
