Maintaining our startup spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Payment Operations Analyst to join our expanding Operations team, based in Amsterdam.What You Will Be DoingWork in our Operations team where you will action tasks from our customer support team and be responsible for helping to resolve day-to-day issues of our customers.Work on SEPA, SWIFT, and Card related issues, such as recalls, payment investigations, and payments analysis/investigation of transaction issues.Be involved in building processes for our Payment Operations hub from scratch and supporting Finom with new market launches.Have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how payment services are offered to our customers in both our products and back-office systems.Communicate with our payment infrastructure providers to escalate requests and track issues.Work on daily operational requests with an improvement mindset, always looking for new opportunities for improvement.Work on daily reconciliation and balance checks.Who You AreSpeak English fluently.Have 1+ years experience working with SEPA payments or Card payments.Experience handling payment investigations, recalls, and other issues with SEPA and/or Cards.Act with a startup mentality, with a clear focus on striving for improvements.Enjoy working autonomously, whilst also collaborating with your own team alongside multiple other departments and stakeholders.Actively try to detect inefficiencies and propose solutions.Act on initiative and search for answers to provide the best experience for our customers.Have troubleshooting at the heart of your work ethic!
