Paralegal/Administrative Specialist In Trade Marks/Intellectual Property

We are looking for a paralegal/administrative specialist in trademark law for our Madrid office.
HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is an international boutique IP law firm with offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Lyon, Munich, Paris, and Madrid.
Your role:

Preparation and filing of national, European and international trademark applications. Experience in filing and managing international trademark and trade mark registrations abroad is a strong asset;
Obtaining and organising lists of trademark searches;
Control and monitoring of deadlines for the completion of the corresponding procedures;
Maintenance of APIGES and DIAMS IP databases;
Review of similarity notices.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in trade mark matters in law firm or agency;
Level of English C1 (or equivalent) written and spoken.
Knowledge of Apiges and DIAMS IP is an asset;
Excellent organisational and team working skills;
Experience in monitoring trade marks abroad and international registrations are a particular asset.
