Your main objectives are the supervision and control of the application of the planning rules, launching a unique and connected work process between the client and team, and developing specific benchmarks by category and brand.How you'd spend your day:Managing the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring that the objectives and KPIs are achieved.Preparation and execution of social media strategies.Maintain an open and fluid communication channel with content departments, community managers, and influencers management to transfer a 360 vision to the planning.CualificacionesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar.2-3 years of experience in Digital agencies.High experience in execution and setup of campaigns in Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok...).Office tools expert.Social tools expert (e.g., BusinessManager, Adam…).Analytic tools expert (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager…).We think you're awesome if you:Are used to dealing with customers.Advanced level of English (minimum B2) will be valued in the interview by Talent Team.Have good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.Believe in teamwork.Monitor and analyze competition activity in social networks.Monitor the results of organic and paid campaigns and apply learnings to the global strategy.Coordinate between brand and agency social teams.Update, advise, and help in the technical assembly and product news to the activation team.
