Description: The Front Desk Supervisor will provide the best in-house guest experience to visitors, employees, and brands in our Management Offices. He/She is part of the hospitality team within the space and works closely with all teams. He/She is responsible for looking after all employee requests and the daily duties and running of the Offices, working in support of the Office Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervision of the Front Desk area:Follow standards and guidelines provided for the etiquette, tone, and language to be used when dealing with guests.Ensure all internal (staff) and external (brand) enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with a high quality of service.Take responsibility for the Front Desk area as the first filter for the Office Manager.Lead and supervise the Front Desk area to assure full development and performance.Deliver consistent service to guests either by telephone or in the offices.Create and maintain excellent business relationships with guests at all times and do everything possible to exceed their expectations.Office Coordination, Admin & Support:Conduct and supervise the start of the day set-up and end of the day close down of Reception systems and processes.Execute Gravity point and wellbeing program according to the main Office strategy, from the weekly BAU to seasonal treats.Manage Reception/Office Petty Cash.Reporting.Other tasks:Conduct team meetings among both Office Departments.Provide Director's support, e.g., Director of Hospitality & Guest Experience on an ad-hoc basis.Maintain communication channels primarily with HR, Operations, and Hospitality, as well as all office members daily.Requirements:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Spanish & English).Strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and solution-oriented approach.Motivated by providing excellence in service.Demonstrates drive, resilience, and flexibility when working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to work successfully to tight deadlines and within commercial budgets.Maintains confidentiality.Ability to remain calm and prioritize workload.Strong detail-oriented profile.
