We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Industrial Solution team to increase the number of leads for the EMEA sales teams and to support the team on lead to sales conversion. Successfully doing so will enable growth within Europe. The position will report to our Manager Business Development, based in Leuven, but you will have daily contact with our Industrial Aftermarket team, which is located in Terrassa as well.
Responsibilities:Ensuring all incoming leads (website, mail, eCom) are administered timely and accurately by enhancing the lead data and assigning the leads to the correct responsible person in a timely manner.Improve the lead to sales conversion by closely monitoring actions taken on the leads by sales and working with the teams to contact the company, get and win the opportunities.Report out on the lead to sales conversion pipeline.Optimize the lead process in CRM365.Generate new leads to enable growth for the business through target market research, enabling new platforms of lead generation, and cross BU analysis.Reactivate lost business.Experience and Skills:Higher Education in Marketing or equivalent through experience.At least one year experience in a business development role.Proactivity and extrovert personality to work with different teams across EMEA.Strong communication and reporting skills.Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.IT skills - MS Office, CRM, Oracle.English is a must; any other European language is an asset.Why Donaldson?You will be part of a multinational company with an international work environment.Permanent position and internal growth opportunities.Flexible working schedule (7.30 - 9.30 to 16.30 - 18.30).Terrassa based (Barcelona), and daily shuttle bus from Plaza España (Barcelona) to our offices.Hybrid working from policy (3 days of remote working per week), but initial training will be in the office for a period of 1 month.Monthly meal allowance.Social benefits will be offered after 1 year seniority (health, life insurance and pension plan).Free online Spanish lessons and daily fresh fruit at the office.Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
