As an Ops Tooling Manager, you will Configure and customize Zendesk and Diabolocom instances to support the organization's customer support and service operations.Implement and maintain Zendesk and Diabolocom features including triggers, automations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within Zendesk and Diabolocom.What you can expect Build and gain a global understanding of the customer facing Operations at Qonto.Learn from a dynamic team and manager on project management skills, with very regular coaching sessions on both soft skills and hard skills (e.g., provider management, spreadsheet analysis, communication).Become an expert on some specific tools that are widely used by start-ups, and feel rewarded by the team for supporting them in removing friction and improving!Your Future Manager His background?
