This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity that offers a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year (depending on experience) and has a 1st shift working schedule. The Inventory Supervisor would be responsible for leading and directing inventory control and inbound operations, utilizing inventory tools for tracking and analysis, and giving guidance to associates to meet production goals. Responsibilities: Executes business processes and service standards to deliver efficient and effective inventory management, product receipt, product put away, and product storage. Gives guidance and direction through subordinate associates to achieve service levels and productivity goals. Utilizes inventory tools for tracking & analysis, auditing, and reporting. Accountable for standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiencies. Executes policies for customer order allocation to DC's both domestic and Mexico. Responsible for order allocation and selection. Executes operational procedures for Inventory Control and Inbound Operations. Monitors storage requirements to meet storage needs for Princess House inventory. Collaborates with home office cross-functional departments to ensure coordination of DC activities. Provides suggestions for procedures to improve accuracy and efficiencies of areas of responsibility. Operates forklift truck and hand truck as needed to perform duties. Must be able to drive switcher to move trailers as needed. Must be able to drive the box truck as needed. Qualifications: Associates degree. 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in functional areas of responsibility. Must have excellent problem-solving skills. Must be an excellent decision maker. Skilled in planning and organizing. Excellent communication skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills. Skilled in Customer Relationship Management.
