The Role: The Operations Manager supports the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day operational initiatives across our teams, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will also support in implementing the right processes and best practices at DRAGONS (including clients when necessary) to ensure scoping, staffing, resource management, launch and management of internal programs, project management, process management, optimization, and delivery of client engagement are efficient and effective.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DRAGONS' business model, services, and offerings.Demonstrate a strong understanding of DRAGONS' internal organizational structure: who to go to for various types of requests.Support the Director of Operations to ensure all operational initiatives are executed appropriately and cost-efficient.Work collaboratively across disciplines and teams to launch internal programs, define ways of working, onboard internal and/or external stakeholders (including clients when necessary), implement processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement.Support both internal and external partners (including clients when necessary) to ensure they follow the agreed workflows and manage them effectively throughout the process.Monitor process performance, identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement of the existing workflows and processes.Identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and help implement them (working in partnership with the tech and wider Ops team).Take ownership of tasks and ensure efficiency of internal communications and processes.Collaborate with internal teams on scoping, resource management, process management and overall financial management.Support KPI reporting and circulation.Build strong and trusting day-to-day relationships with internal teams and external partners (including clients when necessary).Keep your line manager informed of all issues and suggest solutions as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a business, marketing, or communication major.2+ years of relevant experience in supporting client services, project management, operations, preferably in agency environment.Must have a passion for operations and efficiency.Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and creative in solutions.Enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and is analytical.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines based on strategic value.Familiar with various project management methodologies and technology.Must be commercially astute and able to coordinate within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and can adapt to changes quickly.Languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (highly recommended), any other languages are a plus.
