Start: ASAPDuration: 4-6 monthsIndustry: EnergyWork model: Hybrid – work 1 day a week from Barcelona's office (Spain)Rate: 37 - 45 EUR/h, B2BStart: January/February 2025Project length: min. 6 months contracts + extensionsProject language: Spanish, EnglishEquipment: Work on your own computerWorkload: Full timeRESPONSIBILITIES:Monitoring and identifying flaws or areas of improvement on our onboarding processes, startup rates, incidents and NPS surveys.Monitoring our Customer Service performance and applying protocols to enhance efficiency.You will be the point of contact between business areas and our Customer Service team.Working closely with Spanish switching departments to ensure our customers have a smooth onboarding.Making sure we stay compliant with our offer.This role will be constantly communicating with other partners in Spain.REQUIREMENTS:Must have:At least 5 years of experienceHighly skilled problem solver with good analytical skills and an open mindGood at handling pressure and startup-like environmentsExperience with operations management at a tech companyExperience dealing with Customer Service teamsFluent in English and SpanishGood to have:Experience in the Spanish energy industry (very valuable in case they have it)Experience working for startupsContact:Marta MarczukEmail: ******: +48 571 256 135
