This is a well-paid telephone sales position, with an excellent package including an attractive incentive plan.
On a daily basis, you will deal with senior executives - including CEOs, CFOs or Heads of Finance or Procurement - who will be the valid interlocutors to sign up for the American Express Business Card, helping business owners to manage their finances, improve cash flow and keep control of daily expenses as well as enjoy the additional benefits the card brings.American Express Small Business Services (SBS) cards have a number of advantages with many benefits for businesses, from a Points program that provides monetary value for card spending, to a full range of insurance for business travel for the owner and their employees.As an integral part of the team you will: Offer SBS services to companies, making the sale in a professional way, giving accurate information and approaching the benefits to the peculiarity of each company, as well as making sure where they will make their business expenses.The sale is by telephone and will be made to customers who have shown interest in the card (leads), we will also generate our own leads and call cold bases, targeting small and medium sized Spanish companies with revenues of up to 15 million euros turnover.In some cases you will prepare the card and track customer spending for 12 months, thus increasing the spend of new customers.Ability to drive innovation and change; think from the customer's perspective.These are the qualifications we are looking for:Demonstrated experience of successfully selling cards or other products over the phone with successful results of at least 4 years.Experience in lead generation and cold selling.Self-directed and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding objectives and goals.
Ability to learn and adaptability to change as well as high team player.Challenging mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.Natural planner, highly organized and with the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process and multiple tasks at the same time.Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in different markets to maximize individual and company performance.Very engaging telephone communication style with the ability to speak confidently with senior executives.English language skills would be an assetWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
