You will be the daily contact and the person to manage projects and make things happen. You will need to be energetic, have a can-do attitude and above all be resolute to solve problems - whatever they may be. If you don't love creativity, advertising with the ambition to making amazing things happen, then don't apply.About You We are flexible on whether you have come from a creative, media or digital agency, but we think the following are really important for this role: Minimum of 3 years working at an advertising agency managing international campaigns. Be a driving force for our team in making things happen and keeping everyone accountable. Be naturally approachable and comfortable in forming professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Where relevant, they should also feel confident in making decisions based on their knowledge of our individual clients and the wider business. Be able to confidently manage multiple projects from end-to-end, as well as be able to spot opportunities for how we can do things better. Be both a 'doer' and 'thinker'. Be able to motive themselves to drive their projects forward without being prompted Be a constant 'champion' of completing next steps to drive a project to completion. Fluent in Spanish and English.
