As a Customer Service Advisor based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and sales support to our valued customers.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance with their inquiries, ultimately enhancing their experience with our products and services.
Profile: Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with good English skills.
Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
Responsible, adaptable, and positive attitude towards change.
Strong team player with good conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
