.As a municipal enterprise, Umweltbetrieb Bremen is responsible for various municipal services. These include, in particular, the planning, construction and maintenance of green and open spaces and the 13 municipal cemeteries, public burial services, the operation of a crematorium and the municipal wastewater disposal obligation. With around 400 employees, we are highly committed to providing and developing services for the municipality of Bremen.As a member of the management staff, you will advise the management team on the implementation of Umweltbetrieb Bremen's IT strategy.We are looking for a full-time, permanent position (generally suitable for part-time work) as soon as possible:Process Manager (f/m/d)Digital Transformation - Pay group 13 TVöD Your tasks: As a member of the management staff, you are the central point of contact for the management and division heads for digitalization, process and quality management.By digitizing work processes and adapting the system landscape, you will shape the future and drive the transformation in the diverse areas of responsibility of Umweltbetrieb in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.You will be responsible for the management and coordination of digitalization projects, project controlling and reporting, in particular the overall operational coordination and management of the IT project to migrate the ERP from Microsoft Navision to SAP.You will be responsible for introducing process management throughout the company, promoting internal business process optimization and actively participating in the establishment of new processes.You will also continue the central control and further development of the quality management system (QM) and internal QM processes, including the implementation of internal audits, with the assumption of project tasks in quality management.Your profile: You have a university degree in business administration (diploma or master's degree), preferably with a focus on IT and engineering.Several years of relevant professional experience in project and process management, preferably in the public sector.You are characterized by a high level of IT affinity and expertise in digital system landscapes.You enjoy working in project teams and have experience in taking on responsibility in projects.You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a results-oriented, structured and independent way of working.You impress with your communication, moderation and presentation skills.Your knowledge of written and spoken German corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.We offer: An interesting job with a diverse, challenging range of tasks.Personal and professional development through a comprehensive training program.Permanent employment in pay group 13 TVöD, provided all personal and legal requirements are met.A collectively agreed salary with additional benefits (annual bonus, performance-related pay)
