You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll establish, review, and validate NDT procedures and instructions (for specific applications). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, special processes), review and challenge NDT procedures and instructions for the Sites of the Region and much more. You'll specifically take care of coordinating NDT activities in Santa Perpetua Plant, but also giving support to other plants in Europe.We'll look to you for:Be aware of the evolutions of the standards of the RegionSupport the selection at site level of the right NDTsSupport innovation by developing new NDT applications for the sites of the Region based on local needsSupervise, provide guidance and mentoring to NDT personnel (from subcontracting company)Perform NDT assessments on the sites of the Region to ensure compliance with NDT standards and Alstom procedures and guidelinesEnsure L3 are available on the sites dealing with NDTSupport root cause analysis and investigations upon Operations requestAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
